Scott Bernthisel
Mr. Bernthisel teaches 7th and 8th grade physical education. After school, you’ll find Mr. Bernthisel coaching. He is currently the 7th grade football coach and JH track coach and spent the past 13 years as the Varsity Girls Basketball coach. Mr. Bernthisel graduated from BGSU with a Bachelor’s degree in Health/PE, and later received his Masters degree in Educational Technology. He is married to his wife Jill, a massage therapist, and they have two daughters, Baley, a chiropractor in Georgia, and Kylee, an athletic trainer at The State College of Florida. Prior to coming to Otsego, Mr. Bernthisel taught and coached in Florida for 6 years.
