Mr. Floro teaches 6th, 7th, and 8th grade Honors Language Arts. He also teaches two electives as well. For the 2019-2020 school year, he will be teaching an elective called Money Matters, which will focus on finances/economics. The second elective is called Humanities, and the course will be focused on the judicial system (e.g. studying landmark court cases, conducting mock trials). Mr. Floro received his Associates in Middle Childhood Education from Owens Community College in 2010. He then went on to Bowling Green State University and received his Bachelor's in Middle Childhood Education in 2014. He decided to go right back to BGSU and received his Masters in Curriculum and Teaching in August of 2015. He's now entering his fifth year of teaching. Mr. Floro has many hobbies, including: playing disc golf; traveling; cooking; reading historical books; and studying the Bible.
